Qolsys iq panel 2 not working

Qolsys iQ panel has a black screen and a blinking green light. Is this a hardware failure? Tried everything to get it to come back on.

QOLSYS 2 Panel not working (radio not responding)

Good afternoon, I have had a QOLSYS 2 hub for 4 yrs or so. Today while at work I got an in app notification the “radio not responding” When I got home from work and looked at the hub, the screen is black and they indicator light is flashing green. I unplugged the unit from the wall to try to “reset” it but forgot the unit has an internal rechargeable battery. You can try the following troubleshooting steps and even leaving it powered on with the blinking green light overnight to see if it does eventually come back. If it does not and none of the troubleshooting steps work, then it may be a hardware failure and will need to be replaced. Unfortunately, your IQ Panel 2 was on firmware 2.4.2 which would not make it compatible for a restore of your panel on an IQ Panel 4. All devices will need to be learned in manually.

How to Troubleshoot an Unresponsive Qolsys IQ Panel 2

If you find that your panel unresponsive there are a few things you should check. Has the panel lost power? Did the whole residence lose power, or just the panel? Can I interact with the panel, or is the screen blank? Are the LEDs on and if so, what color are they? Is the screen black, or does the backlight still turn on?
