My Qolsys IQ Panel 2 was recently showing a blurry picture, so I turned it off and back on. That fixed the issue with the image, but now it’s not making any sounds (when doors open or beeping upon entering when the house is armed - we have a 60 second delay). Can anyone help me with getting the sound to work again? Thank you in advance.
Regarding the audio, it looks like you are currently on 2.7.2 firmware is that correct? Try updating to the latest 2.8.1:
Regarding the blurry image, if it is the same effect that other users have reported, I believe that is likely to occur again in the future, based on other user reports. Troubleshooting has only ever produced temporary results in dealing with the blurry/doubled ghost image. Unfortunately those have eventually required replacement.
Is this the first time you have noticed the screen image issue?
Thank you for the reply! Yes, this is the first time I’ve noticed the image issue. That has stopped (for the time being) since I turned it off and on again. I’ll update the firmware when I get home tonight.

Hi, I tried to update the firmware as the directions instructed, but when I get to step 4, there is no option for “Upgrade Software.” This is the screen I see.
Are you using your installer code or your master user code? You need to use the installer code or dealer code.
If you see “Master Settings” on that page it means you have entered the Master user code instead of the installer code. The master user code will not show the upgrade option.
If you are uncertain of your current installer code you can reset the code remotely in our system manager here.
