no change after power cycling the doorbell.
when i get some time i’ll go ahead and delete the rules and the doorbell, factory reset, and add the doorbell - and then try to re-create the rules.
Alarm.com released a new update to address lingering issues with package detection rules. Can you try this again and let me know?
thanks for the update. just tried - went into one of the existing rules, turned on record a clip for package detection, which also ticked the package delivery / retrieval notifications - clicked save, and went back to the rule menu.
when i go back into the rule i edited - record a clip is no longer selected for packages and the two notification rules are greyed out.
to be fair - you had asked me to delete the doorbell and re-add it. i’m still waiting for the wedge kit - and when i get the wedge kit i’ll delete the doorbell, install the wedge kit, and then re-install the doorbell and re-configure the rules.
