  • Resolved an issue affecting package detection video analytics rules that caused edits to these rules not to persist after saving. With this update, package detection settings now save correctly. Alarm.com website > Video > Recording Rules

  • Resolved an issue that caused a generic error message to appear when attempting to install video doorbell devices on an account that did not have doorbell cameras enabled in the service package configuration. The messaging in these situations has been updated to indicate when the service package configuration is preventing the installation. Alarm.com website > Video > Settings > Add Device

  • Resolved an issue that prevented select users from seeing “Time” options when creating a Schedule. Mobile app > More > Automation > Schedules > Plus Icon

  • Resolved an issue that caused the “Create Analytics Rule” suggestion to incorrectly display on the Local Recordings page for cameras that only had Business Activity Analytics rules. The suggestion no longer appears on the Local Recordings page for these cameras. Alarm.com website > Video > Recording Rules > Local Recordings

  • Resolved an issue affecting the Alarm.com website and certain BAS-IP video intercom models that caused an error message to be shown when users tried to click the BAS-IP Configuration button. Alarm.com website > Video > Settings > Select Video Intercom Device > BAS-IP Configuration
