Panel keeps flashing red

I’m currently having a problem where my panel 4 is flashing red and the screen will not turn on and then when I plug it back into power, using the bracket, the screen stays off and the light turns off it’s the two top lights. They keep flashing red

Did the panel suddenly shut off, or was it manually restarted at some point?

Have you checked the battery cable to make sure it’s properly plugged in?

Does the panel’s battery appear swollen?

Has the panel been unplugged for a long period of time? If so, the battery can become deeply discharged, which may take up to thirty minutes before the battery has enough power to boot.

If it’s been a while since this panel was used, some things to check can be found in the guide below.

Hi, it’s not a new panel so I did end up replacing the battery and it’s a perfectly new battery and it still doesn’t work the two lights at the top just keep flashing red

Have you performed a full power cycle and left the system off for 10+ minutes? I Would do that

While the system is off, ensure the power supply in use (7V) is connected to the power cable fully and that the wiring has not come loose. If you have a multimeter, check the power to ensure it is producing the correct voltage.

After confirming power is connected, and waiting 10+, power up the panel battery first, then power supply. Turn on the panel by holding the button on the side down for about 5 seconds. Does the panel boot up or do you continue to get the blinking red leds ?
