No option to add myq garage door opener in alarm.com app

How can I add the ability to open my garage door in the alarm.com app? Myq is not listed as an option.

MyQ is an add on. You have to enable it in system manager first.

Thank you. I added it, but it’s still not showing as an option. Is there something I need to do to enable it?

Don’t quote me, but for some reason, I thought I remember a while back reading you have to add it through the website.( MyQ that is, other brands are in the app). The MyQ option to add is not available through the app. Have you tried the website?

This is correct. Control of the doors is available in the app after adding them, but to add MyQ doors you have to do so in the Alarm.com website.
