No alarm.com notifications

After upgrading from surety cam to surety complete, I now get no alarm.com notifications whatsoever to my email or my phone. I used to get person alerts for my camera to my phone, and now I don’t even though it’s enabled. I also don’t get alarm notifications, sensor notifications, etc even though it is all enabled for push notification and email alerts through my alarm.com account. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the app, and critical alerts are checked on too. I don’t even get the SMS texts. Nothing at all for any notification/alert through SMS, app or email, super frustrating.

Also, unrelated, but MyQ garage is not an option under garage. It’s only alladin and overhead door even though I enabled it through system manager.

Not sure about the first issue but MyQ devices can only be added through the website, not the app.

The above is correct, MyQ is an optional add-on feature. With it enabled in your system manager you can get started adding the garage doors in the Alarm.com website. The MyQ setup option does not show up in the app at this time.

It looks like all your notifications are still set up and enabled, but yeah oddly I am not seeing any generated notifications at all in history since around 8PM EST on 6/17.

If you turn off all the notifications, wait five minutes, then toggle them back on in your Alarm.com notifications page, do they begin running again?

To clarify, are you referring to the notifications? If so, instead of turning one off, fully delete one of the notifications. Wait 5 minutes, then recreate it. Any change?

If not, try disabling push notifications on your mobile device and re-enable after 5 minutes. I am curious if a new instance of both the rule and the recipient resolves the issue.
