First include the MyQ add-on in your plan, using your system manager here.
Once that feature has been added, you can get started adding your MyQ devices in the Alarm.com website (not the app) under Settings > Manage Devices > Add Device. The process for adding the MyQ devices is step by step there, you’ll select the type of MyQ garage controller you have.
The integration with the IQ Panel 4 is automatic. The MyQ device doesn’t get paired to the panel manually, ADC will push the device to your panel when you pair the MyQ device to your account.
