Looking at your account, the MyQ gateway shows a malfunction trouble condition, indicating that it cannot connect to Alarm.com. I recommend trying to reconnect the gateway to Wi-Fi to see if that resolves the issue. Steps to do so can be found here:
Currently, LiftMaster/Chamberlain MyQ devices can only be removed by us. Please confirm if you’d like us to go ahead and remove it from your Alarm.com account.
