I have a older 2GIG panel and MyQ garage doors opening via alarm.com. It’s been working fine for years however now the garage door is out of sync with what is displayed. For example, with both garage doors closed, the app (and website) report one of them being open. I’ve tried opening and closing but it no longer displays the actual state of teh door. Any suggestions on how to reset it? Thanks
This looks like it is related to a known issue which was recently identified with MyQ Liftmaster integration. The original thread is found here. Please subscribe to that thread for updates on this issue. It is an issue with status syncing between the liftmaster servers and ADC. That particular issue has been resolving on its own after a few days usually, but ADC is working with Liftmaster to correct the problem.
