I just realized since replacing my panel from IQ Panel 2 to IQ Panel 5 that MyQ Garage door is missing and not showing on the panel. It still shows in the Alarm.com app though. Please let me know what needs to be done to have it show on the panel. Thanks!

myQ integration on the IQ Panel is automatic and gets sent over from Alarm.com, so after a panel swap it sometimes doesn’t carry over to the new panel on its own.
It looks like your IQ Panel 5 is already on the latest firmware, so that part is covered. A couple of things to try:
- Make sure the garage door works both from the wall button and from the Alarm.com app.
- Reboot the panel.
If the garage door still isn’t showing on the panel after that, just let us know here and we can send some commands from our end that should get it showing.
