The easiest option would be to cancel your current Alarm.com account with your provider, and once the Alarm.com account is deleted you can activate that old panel with us.
You can then follow the steps here to try a backup restore to the new panel:
This guide covers the process of swapping one Qolsys brand panel to a new one. This process requires your current panel to be communicating with Alarm.com so a backup can be run or an existing backup on file.
Caution: For Surety subscribers, do not swap to your new panel via System Manager. This will overwrite the backup and will require manual programming of the new panel.
