We were away and got this notification: The Panel Glass Break reported a pending alarm
It was quite scary - the call center notified us, etc. We had neighbors go inside and there was nothing wrong… is there a way to diagnose this malfunction and/or determine if the panel could be defective? We have had it ~6 months with no real issues (although my blue tooth proximity functionality did mysteriously stop working)

This would mean the panel’s built in glass break detector detected an audio event which triggered the alarm. Consider all potential sources of noise, this is generally not indicative or suggestive of a panel issue.
