Lutron RA2 integration

On the Lutron side, you have to share devices with Alarm.com before you add them to Alarm.com. Did you do these steps?

To activate the RadioRA 2 devices using the Lutron app:

1. Log into the Lutron app.
2. Tap Settings Gear Icon.
3. Tap Amazon Alexa.
4. Tap Devices.
5. Tap Add/Remove Devices.
6. Tap an area.
7. Tap the devices that will be shared with Alarm.com.
8. After all desired devices are selected, tap Save.
9. Continue with additional areas if needed.
