Hi - I recently followed the forum Lutron integration instructions and linked my ADC and Lutron accounts within the ADC app.
After ~24 hours, I do not see any of my Lutron devices (shades, a few switches / dimmers and several Honeywell/Lutron TouchPRO wireless thermostats).
I know that there is a RadioRA2 programming setting that can specifically disable ADC integration. I need to be on-site to check that setting, but is there anything else that might prevent Lutron devices from populating on the ADC side?
On the Lutron side, you have to share devices with Alarm.com before you add them to Alarm.com. Did you do these steps?
Ok, I missed that step. Did it a few hours ago with a few devices. Nothing has shown up, yet, but I’ll wait overnight.
I’m not seeing anything yet. Do you have a Connect Bridge? What version is your RA2 firmware? It needs to be 6.1.0 or higher.
Yes, I have a Connect Bridge (which is working - I can use Apple HomeKit to monitor and control Lutron devices via Bridge; I can also access Lutron devices and Lutron/Honeywell thermostats using Lutron app via Bridge).
Firmware used by Main Repeater (and RadioRA 2 programming software) is version 12.10.0.
I did just find a few networking issues on the programming software. I just fixed them and am re-transferring Lutron info to main repeater.
After following the “Alexa” instructions in the Lutron app (as described in message 2 of this thread) the Lutron app states, “To control Lutron scenes/devices with voice, enable the Lutron Connect Skill in the Amazon Alexa app, or link the Lutron Connect Account to Google Assistant in the Google Home app.”
I ignored this message since I linked ADC and Lutron accounts, but just stating in case that might be causing the issue.
I think I’m all set - I disconnected and reconnected via ADC after all of the Lutron-side changes and it looks as if my devices are visible on ADC. Will play more later.
