Local Camera Recording Camera Not Listed

I have three cameras currently connected to my Surety system.

I added an SD card to my backyard camera. When I navigate the Recording Rules > Local Recordings and try to Add new Rule, the only camera listed in my drop down is my driveway camera.

I haven’t added a SD card to this one yet. I am wondering why my doorbell and backyard aren’t listed.

Is it specific models that are supported?

Correct, only specific models are supported:

  • ADC-V515 on firmware version 0.0.5.096+
  • ADC-V523/523X on firmware version 0.6.1.151+
  • ADC-V723/723X on firmware version 0.6.1.151+
  • ADC-V724/724X
  • ADC-VC727P
  • ADC-VC827P
  • ADC-VC847PF
  • ADC-VC838PF
  • ADC-VC728PF
