I have been trying to connect my adc-v724x camera to alarm.com camera but it keeps failing and I’m not sure how to fix. Looking for help.

Could you share the MAC address of the camera?

What color is the LED light on the camera blinking?

Below are steps to learn in the camera. Try learning it in on AP mode. If it fails, on what step did it fail?

When trying to connect camera to WiFi it loads to 4 percent then says fail. The light goes to red immediately after connecting to WiFi.

I see a V724X was added to your account this morning. I ran some tests on the camera, and it is communicating.
