This does not appear to be related to a suretyDIY subscription. Per earlier in this thread: If you do not use your Skybell via Alarm.com service through suretyDIY, we cannot affect your device.

Note that the Skybell HD firmware should soon be available for manual download for suretyDIY users on the Video page in Alarm.com. Please email customerservice@suretyDIY.com if you have any questions. If any suretyDIY users need this firmware pushed prior to user availability, please submit a secure message request.
