Is Surety compatible with a Simon XT panel?

My parents are currently a customer of another Company and are in need of some new equipment. I’d like to transfer them to Surety but allow them to keep their main panel. I feel like the IQ panels would be too feature-rich for them.

1. Can they use their current Simon XT panel?

2. They would also like a secondary panel in their bedroom and dining room.

As long as it has an LTE Alarm.com communicator you should be able to use it with Surety.

The only secondary keypad I know of for the Simon XT is an Interlogix 60-924-RF-TS. I’m not sure if there are any others.

There are models of secondary keypad, like the 60-924-3-XT, which should be easy to use, but Interlogix parts are very hard to find unless you purchase used.

Interlogix closed up their security business and all lines were discontinued.
