IQP4001 won't connect to WiFi

I have a client that has 2 IQP4001’s. One in the main house works perfect but the one in the gym will not connect to WiFI. It is all on the same WiFi network connected to Meraki equipment via fiber. The 2nd panel flashes “connecting” then just says saved.
It did connect to WiFi at the shop when programmed and will connect to the hotpot on my phone with no problem. (It has connected to the house WiFi once but won’t again. I have forgot and reentered password, tried binding to different radios. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Could you double check the password and make sure you are entering it correctly?

What software is the panel on? If it is not on the latest 4.5.2, please update using the instructions in the link below with the patch tag and then try again

I forgot network and re-entered password multiple times.

I did connect to iphone hotspot and went through the software upgrade process and it said it was up-to-date.

Is it on the software version 4.5.2? It will say up to date even if it isn’t, unless you enter the patch tag.

You can confirm the software version by swiping down from the main page > Settings > Advanced Settings > Code > About > Software > the first line should display 4.5.2

The next possible issue would be that there could be a firewall not allowing the panel to connect. The fix would be to make it a static IP and port forward several ports but if you have it connected the other panel, this may not be the issue.

The final step would be to perform a master reset but this would default the panel and erase any programming already done. You would need to learn in new devices again.

I have added the patch even went back and added a patch.2 but in the software it list 4.5.1 and still will not stay connected

Just to be sure, double check the password as sometimes when it is incorrect, it could show as saved instead of showing incorrect password
