IQ4 panel won't boot up

I have a brand new panel which I was able to turn on, connect to Wi-Fi and then download updates. I registered with Alarm.com and things appeared to be going well until I took off the back panel to unplug the power supply and rethread it through the mounting plate. Now it’s just blooming red and then blue indefinitely and does not ever show the screen.

When you unplugged the power supply, did the panel shut off?

Is the battery connector plugged into the back of the panel?

It turns out the plug for the battery had become detached while I was fiddling around. The AC plug was in the whole time which was the confusing part. All good
