Software details on my IQ4 panel show the following:

How do I upgrade it while the panel says no OTA updates are available?
To update beyond 4.4.1 it is necessary to use the Patch Tag in the instructions:
Enter the patch tag for 4.6.2, iqpanel4.6.2, which will let you download that particular version.
Nothing happens after I enter the patch tag
Here are the steps below. Please use those steps and let me know if it fails, where does the failure occur and is there any error message:
1- Swipe down from the top of the screen and touch “Settings"
2- Touch “Advanced Settings”
3- Enter a valid installer code (default is 1111)
4- Touch “Upgrade Software”
5 -Touch “Patch Tag” and enter the patch iqpanel4.6.2 then touch OK
6- Touch “Upgrade Using Network” (Panel must be connected to Wi-Fi). Update will download and install
7- Once complete touch “OK” to reboot the Panel. Do not touch the screen after. The update process will take approximately 5 minutes. After the Panel reboots the home screen will appear and the LED will turn green.
