Sometimes the panel just goes off line by itself and won’t reboot until I remove power and let the battery go dead.
Do you mean the screen is black/unresponsive, or the panel just isnt connecting to the main panel?
What firmware version is the IQ Remote reporting?
To troubleshoot, you can try:
- Remove the IQ Remote from IQ Panel 2 programming
- Settings > Advanced Settings > Installation > Devices > Wi-Fi Devices > IQ Remote
- Master Reset the IQ Remote
- Connect the IQ Remote to the Wi-Fi network that the IQ Panel 2 is on
- Pair the IQ Remote to the IQ Panel 2.
