I wanted to follow backup on this, I found the process to upgrade the Z-Wave SDK and did so. It resolved all of my issues, I had to remove and re-pair the S2 Z-wave Plus devices that were causing the issue but everything else remained working, and the devices that kept failing have been reliable for several weeks now.
