IQ Pro - Sensor Group using entry delay for Away and ignores entry delay for Stay?

Similar to a topic from a year ago and just checking if anything has changed:

Sensor groups, mode that is instant for Stay and delay for Away? - Support - Surety Support Forum

I assume there’s still no Sensor Group that uses entry delay for Away and ignores entry delay for Stay?

I want my Front Door to have norma entry delay when we’re Away, but behave like a Perimeter D/W when we’re Stay (without having to rely on turning off entry delays globally when we arm it).

If not, I can provide the same behavior on the IQ Pro with a bit of hoop jumping using PGM outputs and relays. Have the PowerG Front Door sensor configured as a regular door. Then have one PGM output drive a relay closed when in Arm Stay mode only and another PGM output close a relay when Front Door is triggered - connect those relays in series to a NO hardwire zone that’s configured as a Perimeter D/W (so the hardwire zone is tripped only when the Front Door is activated in Arm Stay mode). It’s ugly though.

There is no sensor group for this specific behavior.

Arming with no entry delay is a separate option which can be applied at the time of arming either at the panel or in Alarm.com.

If you plan to always use no entry delay when arming stay, using a scene would be a good solution.

Create a scene which arms the system stay and includes the no entry delay option. That can then be run whenever you need to arm stay.

Thanks Jason - hadn’t considered that. If Alexa can run Alarm.com scenes then this could work ok for us (and just tie her “goodnight” routine to the scene). Or I’ll do the hoop jumping with the PGM’s and relays if I’m feeling particularly anal about it being instant in Stay no matter what.
