A backup can be sent to a new panel, so long as it is a Qolsys IQ Panel 2 or IQ Panel 4 with the same type of RF radio.

A new backup cannot be run, as the panel is not communicating, but a backup from 5/25/20204 exists.

This can only pass wireless sensor programming, User codes, and panel settings. It does not send Z-Wave programming, or secondary panel programming.

The IQ Panel 4 has almost identical UI to the IQ Panel 2 but there are a couple differences:

1. If is only compatible with the IQ Remote PowerG secondary panel IQRPG and the IQ Remote QW9104-840. It does not work with older IQ Secondary panels.

2. It does not have an internal terminal block for aux/bell wiring
