IQ Panel doesn’t Chime

My IQ panel doesn’t chime whenever the doorbell is pressed - instead my phone does. How to I fix this?

I want my IQ panel to chime when the doorbell is pressed.

You will need to enabled Live View between the video doorbell and the alarm panel. Has this been done?
