IQ Mini-S sensors on bypass

My 8 new IQ Mini-S sensors are all simultaneously reverting to bypass mode shortly after installation/pairing with my system. My panel is a Qolsys IQ2 plus.
Initially, I am able to successfully manually pair tall 8 sensors with the panel, and everything works fine. However, after several cycles of arming/disarming, these 8 sensors all simultaneously revert to bypass mode and show failure status. Magnets and sensors are all properly aligned. The S-line is selected. I have tried to “unbypass” manually without success. All of the other sensors on my system are of the PowerG type, but I was assured the Mini-S sensors are compatible with my system.

I am not showing an associated service subscription, or orders, through Surety. Do you have service with us?

The IQ Mini S-Line sensors are compatible with the IQ Panel 2+ so long as it has a 319.5MHz radio installed. Do you have one?

If unsure, the quickest way to check would be to navigate to Settings > Advanced Settings > Enter Installer or Dealer Code > System Tests > Daughter Card Test. Is SRF-319 an option? If so, does it pass the test?

If it does, delete one of the S-Line sensors, wait a couple minutes then reprogram using Auto-Learn Mode. After doing so, test for resolution.

Programming for 3193.5MHz sensors can be found below:

Hi Tyler. Thank you for your response. 319.5 did pass the test. I reinstalled the sensors using auto learn and they are still showing bypass. Appreciate you taking the time to respond to my query.

Can you share a picture with us of the zones showing up as bypassed on the keypad and the app?

Hello. I compared my qolsys panel to my ADT app. The qolsys panel shows the mini-S sensors as bypassed when the windows are closed and the panel then shows open when the same windows are open. HOWEVER, my app shows the same mini-S sensors as closed (not bypassed!) when the windows are closed and the app shows open when these windows are open. Also the app is indicating a malfunction with the mini-S bypassed sensors, stating that the bypassed mini-S sensors may not be able to send a message to the panel. I very much appreciate your time. Since I am not one of your customers (got locked into ADT but almost done) I fully understand if u prefer not to reply or pursue this any further. Thank you.

Were these sensors added with ADT’s help? I wonder if they aren’t working because you need ADT to add them to the system. The ADT help page for this sensor says:

" This product requires an ADT Remote Assistance Specialist to complete the connection of the sensor to your equipment. Your Specialist will walk you through setting up your sensor."

Not sure if this applies, but I wonder if ADT has somehow limited the ability to add your own sensor ?

Just a thought.

It could possibly be something with the firmware. You could check your firmware by swiping down from your main screen > Settings > Advanced Settings > Your Code > About > Press Software > First line under should display your version number. The current latest is 2.8.1.
Depending on your current version, you may need to perform the updates by steps
