Perform a power cycle, leaving the whole system off. Steps on how to do so safely can be found here:
Leave the panel off for about 20 minutes.
Check wiring from power supply to panel to ensure no damage or that anything has come loose.
Check the battery to ensure it is not bloated/pillowed
When troubleshooting, you may want to place your 24/7 professional monitoring account on Test Mode during troubleshooting to avoid any false dispatches.
You can do this by calling monitoring operators directly at 855-348-0367 or from the Test My System tab in the System Manager section of your Surety account.
I disconnected it completely for ~60 minutes. Reconnected and still got stuck.
It is/was weird, the panel was having issues, it was flashing occasionally and I initiated a restart from the panel itself through the menus, didn’t think much of it, came back a few hours later stuck on the logo.
Then I tried a hard reset. Then the total power off and restart.
Tossing in the towel and already ordered a new IQ Panel 4 from you all.
Sounds like hardware failure. Typically the Hard Reboot (holdling down power button for 30 seconds) is a bit of a last resort and may resolve issues unrelated to power or hardware failure.
