Installing z wave 3 way light switch

There are specific 3-Way switches, and a couple different solutions, though the most common I think is using a wireless transmission. What you use is a Z-wave switch which directly controls the light, then an accessory switch which controls that first one wirelessly.

Hi all, I am interested in beginning to integrate Z-wave into my house. For right now, I have a switch in one room that controls the light in that room. Across the room, I have another j box that used to have a switch to control a switched outlet. I tied those wires together and covered the box with a plate so that the outlet remained always on. Replacing a 3 way toggle with Z Wave seitch

Is there a quick and easy way to install a z wave wall switch in place of a manual 3 way switch. Is there a manufacurer that makes a drop in switch that won’t require major rewriting? I have a 3 way in a hall way and in our living room and would like to replace with z wave as easily as possible.
