I installed a new door sensor and it works, but the panel/alarm.com both say there is a malfunction. It’s this recessed door sensor.

I am only showing one malfunction in Alarm.com:
Garage Door (ID = 1202)
Is this what you are referencing? If so, that malfunction is the Z-Wave Lock Node 17 Garage Door.

Ahhh, so its my Schlage lock and not the door sensor. It’s the Schlage BE 48 cam619. Is it reading the status off of the smartthings hub or the IQ panel?

The malfunction is being reported by Alarm.com indicating the lock is having trouble communicating with the controller. Are you able to control the device remotely through alarm.com and locally via the panel?

Thanks Tyler. It looked like (on my side) that it was the door sensor and not the locks. I was able to solve the issue by putting different batteries in the lock.
