I joined Surety today.

I am trying to add thermostat from my alarm.com to surety platform. How do I do it?

Z-Wave devices are added to the panel directly through panel programming. Steps on how to add Z-Wave devices to your panels network can be found here. More information on how to set up a Z-Wave network can be found on the support site.

However, your service plan, Surety Alarm, does not allow for Home Automation device control through Alarm.com. If you want to control Z-Wave devices remotely, you need the Surety Home service plan.

Changes to your service plan are made through the System Manager feature of your Surety account. This process can be done at anytime.
