To view Smart View on the Alarm.com Website

  1. Log into the Alarm.com Website.
  2. Click Video .
  3. Click Onboard Timeline .
  4. Using the video device dropdown menu, select the desired device to play back.
  5. Click the Play Icon to stream the device’s recorded video.

To view Smart View using the Customer app

  1. Log into the Alarm.com mobile app.
  2. Tap Menu.
  3. Tap Video.
  4. Tap 24/7.
  5. Tap Play Icon

Note: Basic controls can be accessed on Android devices by dragging up from the date, time, or speed.

To view SD card information using the Customer Website:

  1. Log into the Alarm.com Website.
  2. Click Video .
  3. Click Settings .
  4. Using the Video Device dropdown menu, select the desired device.
  5. Click SD Card Information .
