To Power Cycle a 2GIG Go!Control and GC2, GC2e

  • Disarm the System
  • Unplug the Power Supply from the wall
  • Open the panel and disconnect the internal battery
  • Leave the panel completely off for at least 2 minutes
  • After a few minutes, plug in the battery and close up the panel.
  • Plug in the power supply to the wall outlet.
  • After boot up, wait 5 minutes before testing.

To power cycle the 2GIG Edge panel

  • Disarm the System
  • Unplug the Power Supply from the wall outlet
  • Open the panel and disconnect the internal battery
  • Leave the panel completely off for at least 10 minutes
  • After plug in the battery and power supply to turn on.
