Alarm.com ran a refresh on the rules from the back end. Since the rules are stored locally on the panel, could you also reboot your panel

To Power Cycle a 2GIG Go!Control and GC2, GC2e Disarm the System Unplug the Power Supply from the wall Open the panel and disconnect the internal battery Leave the panel completely off for at least 2 minutes After a few minutes, plug in the battery and close up the panel. Plug in the power supply to the wall outlet. After boot up, wait 5 minutes before testing.
