How to pair/ enroll 2GIG CO8E-345 to IQP4003 panel.
The 2GIG-CO8E-345 will not work. The encrypted E-series 2GIG Sensors are not compatible, they only work with 2GIG E-series and Edge panels.
The unencrypted 2GIG-CO8-345 is compatible.
Sorry, didn’t realize that 2 different part #s. I purchased the co8e from you. Need to enroll.

The model in our store is the 2GIG-CO8-345, not the E-series model.
If you ordered one from our website and received a 2GIG-CO8E-345 instead that would be an error from our shipper. Reach out to our team at support@suretyhome.com for RMA if that is the case.
If you mean you have the CO8-345 (not the e-series) then programming steps are below:

If it is the CO8, not the CO8e, then you can learn it in via tampering it while the panel is in auto-learn mode, or you can manually add the TXID printed on the device when adding new sensor.

Can you clarify what you mean by prefix id#? That is not a programming field. Are you referring to the TXID?

The TXID is unique to the individual sensor and is what informs the panel which signal to listen for.
