The Qolsys IQ Panel 4 has a Master Reset function that restores panel to factory settings and erases all content. This will reset all User codes, remove all sensor/device programming, and restore all settings. The panel will stay on the Firmware version it was on before the Master Reset.
CAUTION: This is a last resort option when troubleshooting and should only be done when recommended by a technician. You will want to ensure that a backup of programming exists in Alarm.com before performing the Master Reset, otherwise you will need to reprogram from scratch.
To perform the Master Reset, navigate to:
Settings > Advanced Settings > Enter Dealer Code (default 2222) > Installation > Dealer Settings > Master Reset
