How to add z wave doorbell SKYBELL to alarm.com app

hi i have below doorbell that was already pre-installed to my Dr Horton house

ever since i moved in, it was blinking red and green and I never connected to the alarm.com app that I have. I’ve watched youtube videos to try to add this doorbell to the app but wasn’t successful.

in the youtube videos, people have “Video” tab on their app and I don’t. so I was wondering if I dont have the correct Surety plan to add this Skybell to my app?

Can you please guide me on how to add this doorbell and a Z wave compatible door lock to my Alarm.com app? Or please let me know if I need a different Surety plan to have these devices added to my app.

The Alarm.com branded Skybell is a Wi-Fi doorbell camera that connects to your local wireless network. In order to incorporate this camera with your Alarm.com account you would need to add video as the Surety Home service plan you are currently enrolled in does not provide video support.

If you are just using the one video doorbell camera, you can add the Doorbell Only Video add-on ($3/month) to your plan.

Changes to your service plan are made through the System Manager feature of your Surety account. This process can be done at anytime.

Once the add-on is enabled, the Video tab will show up (may need to log out of Alarm.com then back in for it to show). The Skybell is paired via the Alarm.com mobile app only (not website).
