Help with the skybell

Hi, I just bought a 2-year-old house with the preinstalled iq panel and the skybell doorbell. I was able to switch the services over to Surety, but alarm.com doesn’t show the doorbell as an available device. Tried to install it through skybell app, but wasn’t successful. Please help. The doorbell is flashing orange. Thanks

Which monitoring plan do you have? You would need Surety Protect or Surety Complete to use a vide doorbell. Or if you have a non-video plan you would need the Doorbell Only Video add-on.

You would add it using Alarm.com, not the Skybell app.

That LED flashing means it is not connected to your wifi yet. It needs to be put into access point mode so that you can add it and apply your wifi settings.

First put the doorbell into Access Point (AP) mode by holding the main button until the LED alternates green and red.
