I have developed a strong preference for the Ecolink Z-Wave controller even if the garage door opener has MyQ out of the box. People should at least be aware of the shortcomings of the Alarm.com MyQ integration before going forward with it.
The Genie / Aladdin Connect Alarm.com integration is better than the MyQ one though, I’d use that if I had a Genie.
