When the monitoring center calls you, the number that will appear on caller ID is 801-781-6101 . If you need to contact the monitoring center, call 855-348-0367
When calling them back you will need your name, service address, and verbal passcode
You can disarm the system from the app, website, or directly from the system. If an abort signal (disarm) is received on a burglary alarm event, this will be accepted as confirmation and the alarm signal will be disregarded
