Getting the right LTE module to switch

I need central station monitoring for insurance, with a cell module and battery backup, but I’d like to switch to Surety because my installer’s monthly fees are much more expensive. When I look inside the 2GIG GC3 panel, I found a 2GIG LTEV1 module that I think my current provider has registered. How can I find out if it’s switchable, or if I will need a new one? How can I find out the carrier it’s currently on? I’d be worried that if I switch to a different carrier it might not work as well, or at all, at my location.

Steps to get started with a GC3 panel are described in the thread here:

2GIG-LTEV1-A-GC3 is a Verizon 4G LTE module. It would be supported as long as it is not currently connected to another Alarm.com account. You would just need to cancel your current service to get that module unregistered and ready for activation with an account through Surety.
