Garage opener reprogram

I somehow blocked this door controller from the home network. It won’t joint the local WiFi and I’m not sure where to start.

I called chamberlain support and they had it registered under and adc…my account email.

I need to remove [removed by admin] and have clear instructions to rejoin.

I don’t see a myQ device with that serial number, but I did see another one, and I have sent you a PM with that serial number. Is that the one you need us to remove?

If it still appears to be blocked, you may want to reach out to your ISP if you rent your router from them or the manufacturer of your router for assistance in unblocking the device.
