My front door is unlocking from a random remote signal (not my wife or me from any of our devices) every 30 minutes. Help.

It appears there is only one login associated with your system, and the recent remote unlocks are not linked to any registered user. I’ve sent a command to update the status of your panel and sensors. Additionally, your panel’s firmware is out of date, which could be contributing to the issue.
Your panel is currently running firmware version 2.5.5, dated March 2021. The latest available firmware is version 2.8.1, released November 2023. You can refer to the Surety Support Forum linked here for a guide on updating your panel. This will ensure the panel is utilizing the most efficient communication methods and eliminates any known issues.
After this update, if you continue to see troubles try removing the lock from the account and add it back.

Also double check the User list is current and no additional users are assigned. There are currently 2 users with access and 2 with no access.
