Cable would hit the 900Mhz module antenna, so I removed it for the flash.
First timer here. I have upgraded to v1.1401 the back to v1.13 on a locked panel and “yes” the panel did reset what I though was everything, but when I try going into “System Configuration” it still indicates the feature is disabled and to contact technical support.
I thought the upgrade then downgrade was supposed to reset the panel to factory defaults and reset all of the questions so that the panel would be like new out of the box. code 2203 works, but 1561 does not work.
Did I miss something? I do not have a cellular communication chip in the device so cannot have Alarm.com do a reset through the back door.

It doesn’t work on the vivint panel. Vivint uses a custom firmware variant (which I think may have something to do with it).
You will need to have Q43 reset via airfx backend.
How do I request OTA update for my panel since I bought a bridge partly due to the promise of OTA upgrades? Also, does OTA upgrade the TS1 as well?

The OTA will cover the TS1 panel as well so long as it is connected to the main panel and it is the same firmware ver. as your main panel.

Just converted my Vivint 2gig to alarm.com monitoring, but now want to add more features, like garage door control and home automation. Anyway to PM users on here?

I’m using the Chamberlain My Q for the garage. It’s not without its problems, but overall, functions fairly good.
