Recently set up the IQ4 system and am looking to get a couple of the Eufy solar powered cameras. I saw mixed information online regarding if this is compatible with IQ4. I would prefer to have access of everything via the same alarm.com app if possible, can you confirm if its possible to link them?
If not, are there other solar powered cameras that are? Thanks.
No, unfortunately third party cameras do not connect to the IQ Panel 4. Cameras compatible with Alarm.com service through Surety are listed here:
Only Alarm.com brand cameras are supported.
Alarm.com has third party camera support for Onvif cameras but it only works through the Commercial SVR and commercial service plans. We do not offer the commercial video plans at this time.
