Yale assure lock 2 is compatible, however it would need to be the Z-wave version of the lock. Yale also sells a wifi and bluetooth version of the lock which are not compatible. Other supported models are shown in the page linked below.

Is this compatible? I have it installed and cannot get it added.
If it is the Z-Wave version, then you should be able to pair it.
You may need to Clear the lock first, then Pair it at the panel. Steps on how to Clear and Pair Z-Wave devices from the panel can be found here:
Are you running into a specific issue when trying to pair?
I’ve done everything and nothing is working to sync it
it’s constantly searching for it
Just to clarify, are you completing the pairing steps on the Yale lock while the panel is listening for devices? The panel should be listening first, then activate the lock.
If you only trigger the pair mode on the panel and do not activate pairing on the lock the panel will eventually just time out.
The lock should be within about 6 feet of the panel during pairing. This may require bringing the lock to the panel or the panel to the lock. If the lock isn’t close to the panel while pairing you are very likely to run into problems connecting it.
If you run the panel on battery power to bring it to the lock you will need to have the Power Management setting disabled to use Z-wave functions on battery.
Settings > Advanced Settings > Installer Code > Installation > Installer Settings > disable Power Management.
I’m following the instructions you guys had sent earlier.
I get to the step where it is searching for the lock while adding in the alarm.com adding device section. I’m not doing it directly through the panel.
Add lock directly from the panel. From the previously sent steps:
This is for the Yale 2 Assurance, because this is not the instructions that is under Alarm.com manage devices
If your Lock is Z-Wave, those are the instructions to pair it locally at the panel. We do not recommend using Alarm.com for Z-Wave device pairing.
If your Yale 2 Assurance lock is Wi-Fi, it is not compatible with Alarm.com and cannot be paired…
Can you send a picture of your specific lock, and the box it came in, including any specs that might be on the box?
