I have Multiple IQR-PG Panels as part of my Setup and one of them, the Keypad Tamper is Permanently tripped due to how it is mounted behind an outlet in the wall. Is it possible to disable the Tamper Trip alarm on the IQR-PG like it is possible to disable on the Qolsys 4 Panels? Or is it possible to manually fix the tamper switch on the panel itself?
There is not a way to disable the panel tamper in programming on the IQ Remote PG device
The switch is directly behind the bottom right mounting plate screw hole (when looking at it from behind). Was the tamper protection tab removed?
I fixed the Tamper issue on my panel and locally the alert is gone but on Alarm.com the Tamper Alert is still showing, is there something i have to do to clear that alert of the Alarm.com side or will it eventually fall off?
To clarify, the Tamper trouble condition I see remaining on your account is related to the primary IQ Panel 4, not a remote keypad. This tamper for your panel has been active for a long time.

Yes, there is no Tamper Alert on my Panel 4 Locally, can we clear that alert from the alarm.com side.
Certainly, I have dismissed that alert which will no longer show it in Alarm.com unless the panel reports that error again.
