Connection issues

Cellular connection failed, Alarm.com integration failed, unable to ARM or disARM the system.

Cellular connection test show waiting for CS response. and failed after long wait.

System was working just fine till recently.

There is a potential rare issue which can occur on older firmware of the IQ Panel 2+ which can cause the communication to fail. It looks like you also posted on a relevant thread linked below.

The fix for this is to update firmware to 2.7.1 or later. I’ve sent you a message about installer access you mentioned in the other thread.
