Rive - The issue in this case was a known symptom of a software-based partially failed communication between the panel and module. Primarily this can occur during module swaps. (It is pretty rare. I have personally performed a large number of module swaps and have never seen it happen.) Alarm.com can send commands to reestablish communication (essentially these are duplicates of automatic commands sent during the setup process.)
